Lee has been working in the field of Arboriculture since 2009. Starting out as a Practical Arborist, Lee built up an extensive knowledge of the techniques and processes involved in all elements of arboricultural contracting.

Keen to develop his knowledge and understanding of trees, Lee initially became a Certified Arborist with the ISA before attaining the Professional Tree Inspection qualification. He reinforced these base qualifications with experience working as a tree surveyor as well undertaking roadside tree risk assessments on many of the trunk roads within East Anglia.

When the opportunity arose, Lee was able to achieve the Level 4 certificate in Arboriculture and began working as a junior consultant within the south of England. As his experience grew he started taking on the full process of various arboricultural projects including tree risk assessment and management for domestic and commercial customers.

Lee has undertaken surveys and respective reports to BS5837;2012 and has overseen arboricultural elements of many successful planning applications. He also has experience in the use of specialist decay detection equipment on top of taking surveys for mortgage and insurance purposes.

Lee’s role at Eastwood Tree Services has developed to include the management of Arboricultural Consultancy, overseeing staff training and supporting the Arboricultural contracting team as a health and safety representative.
